Sweeper Tow Assembly

Designed towing system to pull three sweeper behind tractor.

 Electric-Mechanical Drive

Interfaced standard valve actuator with gearbox to drive jackscrew.
Reaction Injection Molding Machine

Designed Hydraulic manifolds, mechanical lockouts, and frame members.

 FEA Design 

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of parts and assemblies.   
Louver Damper

Converted parallel blade louver to opposed blade louver and added positioner.

  Heated Process Air Skids

Designed process skids to provide heated ambient air. Included sizing fan, heater, selection of components and designing skids and ducting.
Material Selection

Evaluated and sourced different materials and process for components including the following:

  • Plastics
  • Powered Metals
  • Castings
  • Forgings
  • Stampings
 Chain and Sprocket Drives

Provided design guidelines for the use of link chain.  Have also used precision and engineered chain.
